Catalyst One & Two | South Bend, IN

Majority was chosen as the negotiated Design-Build contractor for these state-of-the-art buildings, Catalyst One & Catalyst Two, located in South Bend’s technology park - Ignition Park. Catalyst One is a 49,000 square foot technology focused building that will be the home to new start-ups and high technology data companies. Catalyst Two is a 50,000 square foot building that is an exciting venture with the University of Notre Dame, General Electric and the city of South Bend. It houses the newly created University of Notre Dame Turbomachinery Laboratory.
