Site Superintendent
Majority Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire an experienced and talented Site Superintendent to join our growing team. The Site Superintendent plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Commercial Construction Estimator
Majority Builders, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial, industrial, retail, medical, and institutional construction background. You will be key in project evaluation, cost estimating, and pre-construction planning. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
General Laborer
Majority Builders, Inc. is looking to find someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow to join our field crew. Perform manual labor and handle all routine and physical tasks related to the care and maintenance of the assigned responsibility. This position could be on one of our in-house crews; Concrete, Excavation, Carpentry.
