It is the Office Headquarters for its Metal Fabrication & Stamping Facility. The production facility is a precast concrete panel building. The office is structural steel with curtain wall glass.
LionsHead Specialty Tire & Wheel Assembly | Middlebury, IN
This stunning new facility was a Majority Builders Design-Build project. It has a total of 169,222 sq. ft. that includes 9,300 sq. ft. of contemporary office space. Located north of the Middlebury/Toll Road exit at 10273 County Road 2. A fire protection retention pond was placed at the back of the property. It’s function is to provide adequate water for fire suppression if needed.
NFI Distribution Facility I 5020 Dylan Drive South Bend, IN
Majority Builders was selected to build this NFI 232,200 square foot distribution facility at 5020 Dylan Drive, South Bend. With its 68 active truck docks, it is now a distribution hub for BIMBO Bakery. This Majority Builders Design-Build project is a great example of how attractive a precast concrete panel building can look.

Communications Test Design, Inc. I South Bend, IN
Majority Builders was selected to build this 315,000 square foot facility located at 5555 Dylan Drive, South Bend, IN. The precast concrete building has a total of 30 truck docks - 15 on the west side and 15 on the east side. There are 29 large HVAC RTUs (roof top units) that will heat and cool the building. Office space at the front includes a large locker room, expansive restrooms and a large breakroom. This Majority Builders Design-Build project was completed on time. Communications Test Design, Inc. is a full-service, global engineering, repair and logistics company providing best-cost solutions to the communications industry.
Portage Prairie IV | South Bend, IN
Majority Builders was selected to build this 166,000 sq. ft. cross docked multi-tenant precast concrete panel building with 32-foot clear ceiling heights. It is located at 5565 Dylan Drive, South Bend, IN.
Emergency Vehicle Seating | South Bend, IN
EVS (Emergency Vehicle Seating) moved into this brand new state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot facility on 10 acres of land in Northwest South Bend. It is a Design-Build project by Majority Builders. Founded in 1993, EVS is the leader in emergency vehicle safety and innovation, creating more ambulance child safety seating products than any other company in the United States. Their seats have an innovative ability to transport an adult or an uninjured child.
FedEx Freight Distribution Center | South Bend, IN
Majority was awarded the contract for this FedEx Freight Service Center that consists of a 58,640 sq. ft. Cross Dock, 10,682 sq. ft. Office & 9,620 sq. ft. Body Shop. The building construction materials consists of a combination of pre-engineered metal building and pre-cast wall panels. The Cross Dock has 105 doors with a Pneumatic Tubing System to transfer paperwork to the office and a forklift charging station. The facility also has a complete fueling station with fuel storage of 40,000 gallons, a full service body shop and a digital panel truck scale. The site utilized nearly 22 acres of 8” thick concrete paving.
AM General Service, Parts & Logistics | South Bend IN
Majority was chosen to provide the Design-Build services on this 210,000 sq. ft. building located on 5448 Dylan Drive, South Bend. AM General Service, Parts & Logistics operations leased the facility from Great Lakes Capital. The pre-engineered steel building has a stained dry-block masonry exterior wainscot.
thyssenkrupp Materials NA|South Bend, IN
Majority was chosen to provide the Design-Build services on this building located at 5545 Chet Waggoner Court Suite 100, South Bend, IN. It is now the home of thyssenkrupp Materials NA, a distributor and processor of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze and more quality materials serving markets across North America, including Canada and Mexico.
Amazon Delivery Center | South Bend, IN
Amazon Delivery Center located at 5545 Chet Waggoner Court on South Bend's far northwest side in the Portage Prairie development. Employment is estimated at approximately 103 people. The 86,171 Square Foot buildout was completed in the Ameriplex II building.
Chase Plastics Distribution Center Expansion | South Bend, IN
