The Meadows health care building is a one story structure of 30,600 square feet. The design and material selections were per The Troyer Group plans for this facility.

Majority provided detailed and accurate estimates along with the value engineering to give the developer the information he needed to assure he was receiving the best value on his project. 

This facility was the fourth assisted/senior living project for this owner/developer. Majority has been chosen to provide general construction and pre-construction services on other similar projects with this owner.

Majority built a 2 story 40-unit assisted living care facility, a 2 story 36-unit independent living care facility and 8 single-family attached residential villas. This expansive project totaled 61,213 Sq. Ft.
