Majority Builders is a Gold Sponsor Member of the Greater Elkhart Chamber, and was the successful bidder on this competitively bid renovation project. The modern design elements were a departure from the previous dated look.

In keeping with the downtown location, paving brick veneers were applied to the floor of the front desk area. Brick on some walls and in the hallway tie the entire space together. The stamped tin ceiling tiles added a nostalgic feel as well.

Custom elements included coffered ceilings with LED lighting, architectural screen elements on the reception desk front, hanging aluminum grids in the conference room and a custom built Chamber Member Sponsor display board.
