Designed by Joseph Dzierla and Associates, this new retail building is comprised of 4,974 Sq. Ft. Main Level and a 1,485 Sq. Ft. Basement. It is located at 901 Parkway Ave, Elkhart, IN.  Majority Builders reinstalled the historic SORG Jewelers sign that was removed from their building in downtown Elkhart that was to be demolished in preparation of building the Crystal Ballroom addition to the restored Lerner Theatre.
