The City Plaza complex is an amplified contemporary “up-scale” streetscape. Majority’s ability to provide the Design-Build services needed to create interesting visuals extended our continued professional relationship with the developer.

This 38,867 square foot City Plaza West shopping center consisted of three phases - two multi tenant buildings and Ruth’s Chris Restaurant. The buildings construction consists of using pre-engineered steel building structures with metal stud or masonry walls, large EIFS facades, contrasting dark bronze storefront aluminum systems and applied stone veneers.
