Press Ganey Office Building | South Bend, IN

Press Ganey’s new 77,264 SQ. FT. Administration Office Building, designed by EPOCH a Division of Shive Hattery, is located on the grounds of the former Studebaker plant, a Brownfield Site, in South Bend, Indiana. The site was cleaned-up and redeveloped by the City of South Bend for a new state-certified technology park.

The overall design invokes innovation and technology with the use of sleek materials and clean details throughout. Prominent features include induct HVAC UV-C disinfecting systems, rooftop deck w/ custom canopies, contemporary interior design, ample daylighting, and unique shading elements.
