Majority Builders was chosen as the designated Design-Build contractor for this 22,668 square foot two story facility that is located on Steury Avenue in Goshen, IN.

At the top of the owners reasons for building this new corporate office were to create a better corporate image and to show investment in the LionsHead employees by providing a state of the art workspace. The office spaces throughout the building utilized the latest in contemporary colors and materials with high efficiency LED lighting. Break areas for the plant personnel on the ground floor features Terrazzo floor, solid surface countertops, and use of several widows that supply natural light, providing a welcome break from the production floor.

This Design-Build project met the exact pricing and contract prior to having Forum Architect’s complete the plans for final construction documents and state plan review.
