Majority was the successful bidder on this competitively bid project. The 5,938 sq. ft. slab-on-grade structure utilized structural steel and conventional wood framing. The distinctive ornamental tower has the ability to change color utilizing an interior LED lighting system.

The brick paved drive and parking area adds an upscale look and was necessary due to the tight building site. With no room for a water retention area, permeable brick pavers were used to accommodate storm water retention beneath the parking area.
