Christopher Kidney, AIA, NCARB, DBIA
Architect
Christopher Kidney, is a licensed architect and contractor in the state of Indiana. He also holds a NCARB Certificate and DBIA’s Designated Design-Build Professional® credential. For two decades, he has directed projects ranging from multi-million-dollar custom residences to office, healthcare, civic, automotive, mixed-use, and large-scale industrial and manufacturing facilities across Michiana and beyond.
Combining creative design with deep technical expertise and DBIA best practices, Christopher integrates design and construction to deliver exceptional value for Majority Builders clients. His background and collaborative leadership in programming, design, and construction guide owners through every decision, ensuring each project meets its goals while expressing a clear design vision.
Jordan Anderson, Assoc. AIA
Architectural Designer
Jordan is passionate about bringing designs to life. He has over 5 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to manage projects from concept to completion. He thrives on collaboration, ensuring that every detail aligns with the vision, budget, and timeline of the project. Jordan has a deep appreciation for construction and the built environment, he enjoys problem solving on-site and working with teams to transform ideas into reality.
As Jordan continues to grow in his career, he is currently preparing for the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE) to become a licensed Architect. Jordan is always eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges, he is excited about the future of architecture and construction, and his role in shaping it.
Gary Paston
President
Gary Paston brings 29 years of construction experience. He is the President of Majority Builders and also provides pre-construction services ranging from initial budgeting, schematic design and estimating. Cost monitoring through final design, schedule and aligning clients’ budgets and expectations. Preparing project schedules, reviewing sub trade proposals for competitiveness and accuracy. Coordinating with operations team to provide best-plan practices to expedite the completion of the project to be time and on budget.
Dave Paston
Vice President
Dave Paston brings 37 years in cost estimating with 29 years at Majority Builders. Job functions include pre-design budgeting and client guidance during project development on Design/Build projects, evaluating client construction options to align with client’s quality, functional and aesthetic needs. Continual cost monitoring and reporting during plan and specification preparation .
Also preparing initial construction schedules and cash flow analysis for projects, preparing written proposals defining scope of work included, coordinating cost and material requirements with Project Managers, reviewing sub-trade bids for completeness and accuracy, working with subcontractors to achieve best pricing, and determining best plan to expedite overall project delivery time and quality.
