The owner chose Majority for this 30,100 sq. ft. automobile sales & service facility because of their ability to deliver a quality building project within a short time frame at a very fair price.

The design was to be contemporary and have a great deal of “curb appeal”. Materials included large storefront windows, stained split face block and soft textured EIFS facade with bright accent color bands meant to associate with the Chevrolet blue and Toyota red used on the other Gates dealerships.

Large air circulation fans, energy efficient lighting and bright paint provided work areas that the employees needed for their comfort and detail work. The exterior parking / sales lot utilize energy efficient LED lighting. The owner wanted the high ceilings in the sales floor area. A curved bulkhead repeated the exterior radius facade wall.
