This Negotiated Design/Build medical office is located in Dierdorff Square on Goshen’s south side. The 16,100 square foot facility was designed by Majority’s in-house architect to meet the specific demands of our client and his tenants. The unique architectural features include architectural metal barrel roof, sun shades, translucent wall panels and other contemporary architectural material uses.
