The owner has worked with Majority on a number of additions to the distribution center. Majority was awarded the projects on a negotiated Design/Build basis. Exacting floor level and floor flatness requirements for the owner were required for their pick system. Use of air rotation units, insulated pre-cast wall panels, large bay steel design all were standard practice for this facility.
